One driver is in the hospital after his car slammed into a tree. It happened right around six Saturday morning in the 2800 block of Plymouth and LaPorte Trail, that's just southeast of Walkerton.
Marshall County Deputies found the driver unconscious and bleeding from the head. Memorial Med-Flight was called to rush the man to the hospital, but poor weather kept the chopper from taking-off, forcing an ambulance to be used instead.
The driver's condition is still unknown Saturday night.
