A battle over the president's health care law could see resolve on Monday.

The family that owns Hobby Lobby filed a lawsuit to refuse to include certain contraception coverage on employees' plans. They say there are four drugs and devices, including Plan B, that potentially terminate life. And that violates their religious beliefs.

On Monday the Supreme Court could release its ruling on the case.

The Obama administration has said that a victory for Hobby Lobby would prevent women from making decisions about birth control based on what's best for their health.
