Thousands of Hoosiers overcharged by the Auto Park of Plymouth could get some of their money back.
An investigation into the company by the secretary of state's office and the attorney general found that clients were being excessively overcharged for paperwork.
The Auto Park was charging customers a document preparation fee as part of the sale, and has agreed to pay back the fees.
About 3,800 customers will get $34 back, after a consumer complained about the charges while reading the fine print.
The investigation found that the fees weren't reasonably related to the document preparation.
