Indiana Medicaid dependants will no longer have to worry about a government cap on spending when it comes to dental services.
The ACLU won a class action lawsuit which will force the state to cover all necessary dental services for Medicaid patients.
Previously, Indiana had capped coverage at $1,000 per year.
