New details are available in the case involving Elkhart County Commissioner Terry Rodino, who is under investigation for allegations of sexual misconduct.
According to reporting partners at the Elkhart Truth, recent court filings by business foes, -- in an unrelated legal dispute over management of Rodino's wood pallet companies -- say he sexually assaulted a woman with whom he had a business relationship, somewhere on company property on October 29th.
In the court filings, the woman says she was grabbed by the neck and forced face-to-face, and a hand was put up her shirt and down her pants.
A special prosecutor is currently investigating the allegations.
