Counselors on hand to help IU sorority deal with member's death

Counselors are on hand, to help Indiana University students cope with the loss of a classmate.

Kelly Hackendahl, 20, was found dead inside the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority house.

According to the NBC station in Indianapolis, WTHR , police and emergency personnel attempted to revive the education major for nearly an hour.

Police do not suspect foul play in this death, but are still investigating.
Hackendahl is from Libertyville, Illinois and was beginning her junior year at IU.

Here is what the Zeta Tau Alpha chapter had IU tweeted about Hackendahl’s passing.

“Kelly, you brought so much love and light to our chapter and our lives. We will miss you every day. Thanks to all for the love and support.”
