GOSHEN, Ind. - Chickens could soon be the newest residents of Goshen.

The Goshen city council will discuss an ordinance this week that would allow folks living within city limits to keep up to six chickens on a residential property.

Commercial use of the chickens would be prohibited under the ordinance.

The chickens would need to be kept outside in chicken coops.

The ordinance will be up for discussion at the council's meeting Tuesday night.
