South Bend More could be revealed Monday about whether South Bend councilman Henry Davis Jr. will face any penalties after he posted an explicit image on his Facebook page, that led to several complaints from residents.

The city's rule committee will meet Monday afternoon to discuss the investigation and determine whether there’s evidence of code violations that could lead to sanctions.

A special prosecutor previously decided not to file charges against Davis Jr., but the council has met behind closed doors to discuss his findings, and the council attorney has given a recommendation on how to move forward. That information could go public Monday. Once it does, the council will have 30 days to act.
