Things are, rolling on the river, for the proud developer of a high end--townhouse project.
Ten luxury townhouses are being built off Niles Avenue, across the street from the Headgates to the East Race. Crews have now poured the foundations, in the hopes that the first unit will be finished by Christmas.
The River Race Town Homes will start at $200,000, but a top of the line unit will cost you $500,000.
“The three story ones have rooftop decks with great views, and rooftop terraces looking out over the waterfall and Downtown South Bend,” said David Matthews, River Race Townhomes “We reinforce the deck so you can have a swimming pool hot tub if you like.”
Three of the 10 units have already been spoken for.
