From budget woes to job creation, Nishikawa of America is planning to expand its Topeka plant, adding 25 positions by 2014.
That includes nearly $9 million in equipment upgrades to improve its sealing system lines for car makers like Toyota and Chrysler.
Business is evidently booming. Back in June Nishikawa added 15 other jobs.
The town of Topeka and State of Indiana granted Nishikawa more than $160,000 in tax abatements. However that money will not be paid out unless the company keeps to its word.
