GOSHEN, Ind.--- Job creation is coming up short in Goshen, and that's a big problem for two companies who were given tax cuts in response to promises that they'd put people to work.

Wieland Designs was supposed to add 100 new jobs by the end of the year, but our reporting partners at The Elkhart Truth say they are still 33 employees short of that goal.

Supreme Indiana planned to add 350 full time positions before 2015, but they have only added 3 new jobs since the announcement.

However, they have invested millions of dollars in their Goshen headquarters, surpassing their original promise.
