Night sky enthusiasts of all ages are invited to watch a comet light up the darkness.
The free event is sponsored by Andrews University and open to everyone.
It will take place at Weko Beach in Bridgman from 8 to 9p.m. Tuesday, weather permitting.
A few binoculars and telescopes will be available for use, but you're welcome to bring your own. There will be a special comet-making activity for kids.
If there is a cancellation due to weather, a notice will be put on their web site.
