The Indianapolis Colts paused at halftime Sunday to remember a LaPorte football player who died suddenly.

Indianapolis The Indianapolis Colts paused at halftime Sunday to remember a LaPorte football player who died suddenly.

Jake West, 17, died September 25 of right ventricular cardiomyopathy. Jake and his family never knew he had the heart condition.

Jake's family was on the field at Sunday's Colts game against the Seattle Seahawks.

The team presented them with a special jersey, stitched with Jake's number, 26.
