For the fifth year, Firefighters of the Clay Fire Department will wear pink shirts during October to show support for breast cancer awareness.
The shirts will be on sale, with the proceeds going to fund local organizations in creating awareness and treating woman with breast cancer.
There will also be a golf outing fundraiser on Friday, September 21, 2012 at the Juday Creek Golf Course. Participants pay $350 for a group of 4.
In 2011, the events raised $8000.
