Grilling out is one of the most popular ways people celebrate Labor Day.

In honor of the holiday, Tim Hendren, the executive chef at the Inn at Harbor Shores, stopped by WNDU to highlight a new take on steak.

Chimmichurri flank steak is also part of the very popular weekend brunch menu at Plank’s Tavern, the Inn's waterside restaurant.
