Slick roads have led to a series of accidents all across Michiana, including one involving a semi and car on the bypass.
The car crossed the center line on US 31 into an oncoming semi.
This happened between Kern and Roosevelt.
The impact knocked the car into a utility pole, which broke in half leaving high voltage lines on top of the semi.
Crews had to wait for AEP to take care of those lines before they can move the truck, which took some time.
Fortunately no one was seriously injured.
