Michiana residents looking to do some good with all that Halloween Candy, and perhaps limit the kids' sugar-intake, have a few options to put it to good use.

North Point Pediatric Dentistry will buy the candy for $2 a pound. Plus they'll match that price with a donation to the Food Bank of Northern Indiana.

They're collecting during business hours at 3434 e. Douglas Road in South Bend through November 8th.

32 Pearls Family Dentistry is buying back candy for $1 per pound, and it will eventually be sent to troops overseas. Kids can send notes and cards with the candy.

They're collecting from 5:30 to 7:30 on November 1st, at 15045 S.R. 23 in Granger.

Plus Mahoney Family Dentistry is also buying back candy and sending it to the troops. They'll have a costume party and activities at their buy back on November 1st.

It runs from 6 to 8 at 17901 Turners Drive in South Bend.
