The body of a dead elderly woman was found in a Sturgis home on Saturday.
Officers from the Sturgis Police department were called to the 700 block of Myrtle St. to help EMS crews with a cardiac arrest case. Upon arrival, officers found the body.
The cause of death was not apparent. An autopsy has been scheduled for tomorrow.
The Sturgis Police Department is continuing their investigation into this death.
