Imagine taking a stroll on the beach on a day like Wednesday. Well many along the lake front in St. Joseph did.
Even the strong winds didn't keep the truly devoted away. People dropped by in cars to take in the gorgeous view of the light house. And experience the bitter temperatures.
Some people we spoke to say they stay indoors on days like Wednesday.
“I will go down and drive by but I don’t get out of the warmth of my car,” says Lynne Christiano of St. Joseph. “But it is kind of cool to go down there and see the lake because even in this type of year the lake is just magnificent.”
There is still lots of snow to deal with, and even more snow coming Thursday.
