BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich.--- A Berrien County community will have to wait for more information on the controversy concerning their police department.

A private assessment of the Oronoko Township Police Department was supposed to be presented at a meeting last night, but it was postponed at the request of the city lawyer handling the case.

The city made the decision in light of chief Milt Agay's lawsuit against them.

Agay has been on voluntary leave for three months, and claims he's being punished for speaking against alleged illegal activity by his township.
