A Benton Township man accused in a string of abductions over the summer has been convicted on 20 counts, according to our reporting partners at the Herald Palladium.
Terrance Dawson, 33, was found guilty on all charges stemming from the gunpoint kidnappings.
Eight of the 20 counts are punishable by life in prison.
Police said back in July Dawson abducted and assaulted at least four women.
Some of the victims were teens. In two cases, they were raped and one woman was shot trying to get away.
Dawson was found guilty on a wide array of charges, including kidnapping, first-degree criminal sexual conduct, and assault.
Sentencing is set for January 3, 2011.
