Benton Harbor residents are asked to be on high alert for burglars in the area.
The city has been plagued by numerous home invasions over the past few weeks, mostly while homeowners are away at school or work.
Residents are asked to keep an eye on neighbors’ homes and contact the Department of Public Safety about any suspicious behavior.
They also suggest keeping a list of serial numbers for valuable items in your home, like TV's and computers.
