BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- Benton Harbor voters are expected to know the fate of the latest mayoral recall election by 4 p.m. Tuesday night, according to our reporting partners at The Herald Palladium.
The big decision is whether or not to have it on the November 4 ballot.
The decision was made yesterday after a one day civil trial when Berrien County trial court judge John Dewane heard the case.
Tuesday is the deadline to put local proposals on the November ballot.
This is the third recall the city has dealt with focused on Hightower's opposition to an income tax campaign.
