Benton Harbor’s emergency financial manager will discuss the city’s financial crisis at a meeting next week.
Joseph Harris, the city’s emergency financial manager, told WSJM that he will not call a special election on the millage renewals that failed last week.
He says he believes those millages would likely fail again. The news conferences to discuss Benton Harbor’s financial situation will be held on Monday, at 5 p.m.
