The man convicted of brutally killing an elderly woman in her daughter's Fulton County home, will spend life in prison.
Roy Bell was found guilty of murder, robbery and criminal confinement in the 2011 death of Wilma Upsall.
Bell and his two friends broke into a home, only to find Upsall sitting on the couch. They tied her up with a telephone call and ransacked the home, and then killed her.
Monday, Bell was sentenced to life in prison without parole, plus 28 years.
