It is the giving season and the Bethel College community gave the gift of life Thursday on campus
The Bethel College athletes and Red Cross were on hand to collect blood from students and faculty.
“It really helps out because you know that every time you give blood, it saves three lives. So giving of yourself, you're automatically just saving three people.” said Bethel College Junior James Agler. “So it really makes you feel good just to know that it's just a bigger picture than just what's going on here.”
Organizers say they met their goal of having 85 people sign up to donate blood today.
