A man accused of starting a mobile home fire and pushing an officer was in court on Tuesday.

Mark O'Banion, 24, is charged with arson and resisting law enforcement.

Back in June, two doctors were appointed to evaluate if O'Banion was fit to stand trial.

On Tuesday, that evaluation was given to the court.

In May, prosecutors say O'Banion placed shotgun shells in the microwave of a home in the 1000 block of Mayflower Road, causing them to explode.

However, that was not what caused the fire.

Investigators say they found three separate points where fire was deliberately set.
