Annual Firemen's Festival Parade held Tuesday night

Bremen, Ind. Firefighters around Michiana paid their own tribute to those who fell in the Yarnell Hill wildfire.

Folks in Bremen gathered for this year's Fireman Festival Parade, one of the town's Independence Day events. Congresswoman Jackie Walorski joined the festivities. Hundreds of people lined up and down Indiana Street to see the floats and fire trucks, but the festival came at a time of reflection for some.

"Hearing about all the Arizona stuff and when we got here some of the departments wanted to do the black tape on all the department logos to help honor 19 that have fallen out there from the wild fires," says Lieutenant Cody Manges a paramedic with the Syracuse Fire Department.

The Bremen Firemen Festival continues throughout the weekend.
