ST. JOSEPH Co., Ind.--- A teen charged in a deadly hit and run accident found out today when he would face trail.
Joshua Anglemyer, 17, was charged with "Failure to Stop After a Serious Injury Accident Resulting in Death" just last month.
Today he stood before a judge.
Anglemyer was waived to adult court today and will be back in court August 25 for his record date and September 8 for trial.
On the night of March 24, Michael Marks was hit and killed while walking on S.R. 933 near Auten.
The driver who hit Marks stopped.
Anglemyer is accused of hitting and killing another pedestrian, 49-year-old David Fordyce, who was trying to wave traffic away from Mark's body.
