An Elkhart county man is locked behind bars after a bizarre case of road rage.
Police arrested Brandon Kozelka, 22, on Sunday afternoon on a misdemeanor battery charge.
Officers say Kozelka became upset when Dylan Streeter, 20, rear-ended his friend at the intersection of County Rd. 5 and County Rd. 6, Near the Elkhart Municipal Airport.
The situation escalated when kozelka allegedly punched Streeter in the face.
Police say the crash was accidental, and so they are confused as to what led to the violence.
