Local church celebration draws hundreds to the Cove

More than 400 people were baptized into the Granger Community Church Sunday and the new members were cheered on and supported by their friends and family in the stands.
Participants were fully immersed in pools set up at the stadium.
The church is known for implementing nontraditional means of attracting members and spreading their message.
