A convicted child killer is now back behind bars, after being accused of approaching three boys, ages nine to eleven, and offering money to take their pictures.
According to our Read it/ Watch it partners at the News-Dispatch, Richard Allen Dobeski was arrested last Friday in his Pulaski County home.
His arrest came exactly 43 years to the day after he was sentenced in the murders of two Long Beach children.
On Wednesday, Dobeski was formally charged and is now in jail on a 100,000 dollar bond.
