A South Bend man accused of stockpiling ammunition in his home will remain locked up until his trial.
Officials tracked 38-year old Kevin Rieder for six months after getting a report he was planning to make a bomb.
According to gun shop employees, Rieder thought the world was going to end.
A federal magistrate says Rieder poses a danger to the community and has not complied with previous court orders.
The defense says he needs to be admitted to Madison Center for psychological care.
