Four people are injured -- including two children -- after two ATV accidents this holiday weekend in Kosciusko County.

The first happened Sunday shortly before 6 p.m. in Warsaw. DNR officials say a five-year-old boy was driving a dirt bike on a dirt course, when he lost control.

The boy was treated for back pain and road rash, but was released from the hospital. He was wearing protective gear.

The second accident was Monday around 1 p.m., near North Webster. The DNR says a dune buggy crashed on a trail and slid down a hill, coming to rest at two trees.

The driver and a passenger were treated at the scene, but the passenger was holding his one-year-old son.

The baby was flown to a Fort Wayne hospital with face and possible head injuries. His condition is not known tonight.
