Man who spent time in jail for involvement in fatal accident arrested again

A man who spent time behind bars in connection with killing two Granger teens six years ago is in jail again.

24-year-old Brian Feely, who has been in-and-out of jail since that fatal accident, was arrested early Friday morning at the Burger King on SR 23 in the Martin's plaza.

He apparently fell asleep in the drive-through and was blocking traffic.

When police showed up, Feely was tested and had a blood alcohol of .07 and charged with DUI, having priors and obstructing traffic.

Feely originally served six months in prison for killing 15-year-old Clarke Goerke and 14-year-old Ryan Morris after driving his truck across the center line and hitting their scooter.

Tests showed Feely had marijuana in his system. He served six months in jail and six months community corrections.

As part of his probation, he wasn't supposed to drink alcohol. He violated that probation in 2007 and went back to prison.

Feely is being held without bond pending charges by the prosecutor's office.

He's only been out of prison since November.
