Another Michiana town manager is in hot water for allegedly spending the town's money for personal use.
Former Rockville Manager 53-year-old Neil Goheen was arrested Friday at his New Carlisle home. He's charged with felony theft and official misconduct.
He is accused of spending town money to fix his car, and buy a computer in July of last year.
Last October, he also allegedly billed the city through his private company to do work on the town's water treatment plant, but the work was never done.
All told, Goheen is accused of stealing more than $60,000 from the Town of Rockville, which is west of Indianapolis. Goheen is also facing theft charges out of Elkhart County. He's currently in jail before he's extradited to Parke County.
