A Cass County college student is in police custody accused of selling pot from his dorm room.

Our reporting partners at WSJM say 19-year-old Southwestern Michigan College student Shannon McCracken was arrested last week. The school received complaints about illegal drug sales in McCracken's room.

Police investigated, and found marijuana and packaging materials in his room. McCracken is facing charges for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.

He’s currently in the Cass County Jail on $20,000 bond.
