Some workers are planning a picket at Tuesday night’s school board meeting.
The school system started looking into privatizing their custodial and transportation services last month.
If the plan goes through, approximately 100 people would be left without jobs.
School leaders say they are taking bids from companies and looking for ways to save money during tough financial times.
Tuesday night will be the first school board meeting since bids were received.
The meeting will take place at 6:00 at Benton Harbor High School.
