Honda's president is praising the skilled work force the automaker has found so far for its new plant in Greensburg.

The automaker broke ground in March on a new $500 million factory in Greensburg.

The president says the work force will be a key factor as Honda starts production at the plant.

Honda plans to start hiring 2,000 workers this fall.
