A man who owns car dealerships in Niles and Goshen was arrested Wednesday morning, and charged with embezzling from his father-in-law.
Michigan state police say Samuel Sweeden took millions of dollars of his father-in-law's Powerball winnings.
Sweeden's father-in-law, Felix Kane, won about 10-million dollars in Kansas in 1994.
Sweeden owns the SamSon auto dealerships.
Those businesses, and homes in Cass county, were raided this morning.
Police say Sweeden built a house with Kane's money in 2005.
He allowed Kane and his wife to live there, but then evicted the couple a year later.
Police say Kane and his wife moved back to Kansas virtually penniless.
