The woman at the center of a missing money case from Downtown South Bend Inc. has copped a plea deal.
31-year-old Christina Garcia pleaded guilty to three felonies for embezzling thousands of dollars from DTSB.
The former employee had faced a total of five counts of theft.
More than 200 thousand dollars was reported missing from DTSB following an audit.
According to the plea agreement, Garcia has agreed to pay restitution.
Sentencing is set for July 25th.
