It is a sure sign that summer is near.
A popular tourist attraction in Michiana is open for the season.
The Shipshewana Flea Market is ready for shoppers.
Each year from May through October, you will find hundreds of vendors at the flea market.
They sell everything from fresh fruit to handcrafted furniture.
This month is Antique and Collectibles month. "Our arms are always open. We welcome each and every one. We're happy that we're back it for the season, and looking forward to a new season with the new vendors we have a different variety of vendors this year that we're happy to have. We just hope that it's a great season for all,” says Kevin Lambright of the Shipshewana Auction and Flea Market.
The flea market is open every Tuesday and Wednesday, rain or shine.
This year you will find four new green resting areas so people will not literally shop till they drop.
