Area businesses took time Wednesday to "Discover the Magic."
Speakers from the Disney institute held a seminar today in Elkhart County.
Nearly 100 Michiana businessmen and women came out to the "Team Creativity, Disney Style" program.
The full-day event stressed creativity in the workplace and a few of Disney’s own characters were on hand to inspire the participants.
Dave Daugherty, Goshen Chamber of Commerce said, "The idea is to bring them here and to see how we can implement some of those great things Disney does to make organizations strong and vibrant and growing."
Wednesday, it is really bringing the Disney magic to Michiana and talking about how do we take creativity in our workplace and really use that synergy to build a more thriving business.
The Goshen Chamber of Commerce sponsored the event.
It is the 2nd year Disney has led the seminar in Elkhart County.
