The man who sold Scott Barnaby the gun used to kill Corporal Nick Polizzotto is behind bars.
Prosecutors say, 45-year-old Scott Barnaby gunned down Polizzotto Tuesday morning at the Wooden Indian Motel, before police killed him.
Barnaby purchased the weapon at a gun show days earlier.
Police say, 71-year-old Ronald Wedge sold Barnaby the gun.
Friday morning, Wedge was arrested for failing to properly ID Barnaby and for failing to make necessary background checks prior to the sale.
Wedge owns Hole-in-the-Wall Gunworks in Bristol.
If convicted, he faces up to 15 years behind bars.
