Money to help the homeless is getting tight thanks to a drop in federal funding.
Federal funds for homeless Hoosiers drop from nearly 13 million dollars in 2005 to 3.6 million dollars this year.
The money is used to feed and house homeless residents, train them for jobs and provide other services.
Advocates for the homeless say every year at least 60,000 Indiana residents go homeless.
