South Bend Man Could Face Up To 50 Years

A South Bend man accused in a weekend shooting was arraigned Thursday afternoon.

40-year-old Terry Fennessee is charged with attempted murder.

Police say he shot 32-year-old Timothy Watson four times Sunday, while Watson was sitting in his SUV.

His young kids were in the backseat.

The shooting happened outside Maple Lane Apartments on South Bend's northwest side.

Watson was shot in the chest, back, and head, he is still recovering.

Fennessee faces up to 50 years in prison.
