Alcohol May Interrupt Sleeping Habits

Men, listen up if you drink a lot of alcohol you may increase your risk for a sleep disorder.

Researchers looked at a large group of men and women, their drinking patterns, and whether they snored or suffered from sleep apnea.

They found a man's risk for sleep problems increased by 25-percent for each drink he consumed during the day.

Researchers did not find a similar risk for women, possibly due to hormonal and physical differences.
