Charges Dropped for Former Crisis Center Director


Sexual conduct charges have been dropped against the former director of the "Link Crisis Intervention Center" in St. Joseph.

Richard Pahl was accused of sexually assaulting one of his adopted sons be he was also being investigated for possibly abusing his other son.

Berrien county prosecutor Arthur Cotter decided to drop the charges after Pahl's conviction in federal court.

Last week, he was sentenced to at least 40-years in prison for child pornography.
