It may not feel like spring with all our recent cold weather, but a warm-up over the weekend had plenty of people working in their yards.
And South Bend City officials want to remind you that "Operation: Re-leaf" is back on this week.
Through Friday, residents can rake their leaves to the curb for pick-up.
Leaf vacuuming crews will be on an on-call basis and they should be at your home for pick-up within 24 hours of your call.
Just call the street bureau at 235-9244 or if you would rather bag your leaves, the city will pick them up on your regular trash pick-up day.
And just a reminder, burning leaves in South Bend is against the law.
