A LaPorte soldier has died in the war in Iraq. Twenty-two-year-old Army Specialist Jason Beadles was a heavy equipment operator.
So far, the Army has released little information about his death.
Beadles' family was notified on Thursday.
He's the 4th Indiana soldier to die in Iraq in the past two weeks.
Seventy-six Hoosiers have been killed, since the U.S. invasion in 2003.
